95-inlaid wing pick (7 alloys)

Inlaid wing picks, sandstone picks with alloy strips, are designed for sandstone. Firstly, the alloy head of the pick is innovatively designed to change the shape of the alloy head and better protect the tooth part of the supporting alloy. It is not worn, so that the alloy head does not deviate due to premature wear of the tooth guard, which effectively prolongs the working time of the alloy head. Secondly, the alloy strip is embedded around the tip of the pick to effectively protect the tooth from rapid wear, and the pick has a longer working time. Sandstone should improve the wear resistance of the alloy, effectively protect the tooth body from being quickly worn, prolong the service life of the pick and create better use value. The specific technical requirements are:

 

1. Appearance quality: The appearance of the tooth body is smooth and flat, without defects such as cracks, folds and dents visible to the naked eye, and the surface of the tooth body is protected against rust;

 

2, surface hardness: after the tooth body heat treatment, the surface hardness of the tooth head surface ≥ 40HRC, the surface hardness of the tooth body handle is 38-42HRC;

 

3. Impact toughness: the impact toughness of the tooth after heat treatment is ≥49J/cm2;

 

4. Shear strength of brazed joint: Shear strength of brazed joint of tooth body and hard alloy is ≥180MPa;

 

5, weld fullness: the solder fill level in the weld is not less than 80%;

 

6. Crack inspection: There shall be no cracks in the weld zone and the joint surface of the solder and the base metal, and the cemented carbide head shall not have cracks.
